Awful service. I went in to get ice cream with my boyfriend and asked for them to take allergen protocol. For reference, I have a nut allergy and notice they use walnuts in their store. Every ice cream store that I have been to will wipe down their table with a clean rag to accommodate to anyone else who has this sort of ailment. They did nothing, which I didn’t notice until after. The last two times I have visited this location, they have locked up early or shut their open sign off to deter customers. If hours say open until 9 pm, why aren’t they staying open until 9? This picture was taken 9/14/21 after we checked the doors to find them locked at 8:55.
