“So while the food is always good, this Lindale Mall location needs to be mindful of customers. We got there 45 minutes before closing. Employee was putting chairs on tables. She then began to sweep the floor, pushing all trash towards where we sat and proceeded to sweep right around us. The room temperature was also cold. We ended up taking our food home and reheating it.“
“I have been to this Chipotle location twice now and ordered ahead both times. The drive-thru lane specifically for online orders is a massive convenience and a total game-changer. Both times I arrived, my food was ready and waiting for me without any wait at all.
I really appreciate how seamless the whole interaction is. The staff is always so nice and welcoming, and the food has been absolute perfection every single time. It is rare to find a fast-casual spot that is this consistent, fast, and organized. Highly recommend utilizing the app and the online pickup window!
Now, if we can only get pancheros a drive-thru just so i can get some chips and queso, because as we all know; we don't eat the chips and queso from Chipotle! 😅“
