A single cheeseburger with soggy fries and a drink for $20!!!! Fast food quality at a terrible price. Culver’s is 10x better.
First time here. Not busy, so we ordered quickly and received our food/drinks in just a few minutes. The made to order Burgers are all about $10 each and ours were made correctly, and were hot. My only complaint is that a firmer bun is needed as the one used is to soft and fell apart. The small order of fries $4+ was enough for both of us, and they were hot and lightly salted.

Awful service. Tried ordering via the app and it tells me it's unavailable at this location. So my fiance calls to order and the person who answered rudely told her to order online. When she told him she has been trying for 15 minutes he proceeded to tell her she was wrong and that its obviously working because he just completed an online order. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location.
