Noodles & Company Reviews
Overall I do like Noodles, but today I came home after picking up my online order, to discover that my zoodle pesto/chicken dish had normal pasta noodles in it. I directly called the store and they told me they were out of the zucchini noodles thus replaced them with the "normal" ones. They also offered to refund the order but meanwhile I am home trying to figure out what to eat now instead. Just disappointed that they don't contact you to let you know that they're out of something...read full review
I usually go to the Southwest company but had this delivered from Collins road and the quality of food is disgusting. My pot stickers are completely flat and inedible and my mac and cheese only has cheeae on the top and is completely stuck together in a brick
I love that there are so many options that you could eat here everyday and try something different.

Noodles and Company is a restaurant that offers a variety of noodle dishes with options for vegetarians and those with gluten sensitivity. The menu includes an electronic board and features a limited time dish, the Chicken and Prosciutto Tortellini with Smoked Gouda, which was found to have a creamy and savory Gouda sauce and tasty tortellini with a great combination of chicken and prosciutto. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is family-friendly with a kids' mac and cheese option. However, there have been some concerns about cleanliness, as staff have been seen cleaning floors on their hands and knees and then cooking without washing hands. The dining area is sometimes reported to be dirty and in need of deep cleaning. Service is often quick and friendly, and kids eat free, making it a popular choice for families. The food quality has been inconsistent; some noodles are gummy, and dishes like Penne Rosa and Japanese Pan Noodles have not always met expectations. Customers have experienced issues such as rancid-tasting noodles, chopped Udon instead of long noodles, and even finding hair in kids' meals. Despite these problems, the staff is generally friendly, and the kids' meals are affordable and tasty. Overall, while the restaurant offers a variety of noodle dishes and family-friendly options, improvements in cleanliness and food consistency could enhance the dining experience.
