Placed an order at 2:39 saying pick up now because Ik this location is very slow at making food I got there 10 minutes later and they didn’t start cooking the food till we got there no biggy, but then it took 37 minutes ontop of the 10 minutes all we ordered was a chicken sandwich, 6 chicken strips,fries and Mac and cheese and somehow it took 47 minutes with 2 people back there. Don't door dash from here. Just did, cold soggy fries, wrong sandwhich (ordered fish got chicken) no napkins, no utensils (hard to eat mac and cheese) no ketup. Order was upside down in their delivery bag. One of the worst experiances I've had.

I have been a Popeye's fan since 1990 - and in Louisiana. I understand that things change, business expectations, etc., but I am completely turned off from them now. Over the last couple of years, not only has customer service changed, but their quality of food had too.
