This is the one and only Quiznos in Cedar Rapids, IA. We go here every chance we get - there is always a $5 daily special and the food is fresh and hot. I can tell it's well run by the lack of turnover among the staff. The employees know what we want on our subs already and they almost always have some kind of promotion going. The manager, Clinton I believe, is super friendly and sets a good example. I highly recommend this location!
I stop at this store almost every Sunday after church. I order the same sandwich each time, and the employees always ask me if I want the usual, and they remember exactly what I want! All of the employees I have encountered are helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and the service is great!
Very unprofessional kids working here. Two employees were standing there mocking my husband for not realizing the Traditional Sub has ranch on it in front of the entire restaurant where my husband and I could overhear. The little blond girl said "He didn't know it had ranch? That would be like if I ordered the honey mustard sub then said I didn't know it has honey mustard". When I called them out about it they just stared blankly at me like they didn't realize I had ears.
