Starbucks in Cedar Rapids

“It's close to work and the employees are very very friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable of the products they sell.
The atmosphere is great.
I'm just confused about the music at this one location.
I'm just curious why it's always Spanish music.
So I wanted to give it 5 stars but I just couldn't do it. And I know it's because I didn't relate to the music. But other than that the drive-thru was always busy and the outside patio area was very nice and relaxing and had sun umbrellas. Bathrooms are very clean
There's only been one time I've seen anyone sitting inside but I think he was waiting for his order.“

“Not sure who was working at 4pm on 8/9 but they made the best Sweet Cream Cold Brew with foam I’ve had yet! This is our closest Starbucks to home, and they’ve always been great, even if the line is super long…they work fast. And they always give our doggo a pup cup!“

“Nice location. Plenty of seating options. Friendly staff. Seems popular. It was busy during our visit, so the service was probably slower than usual. Inside, there were a few customers waiting for orders, and a big group at a table. Outside there was a long line of cars in the drive thru. For customers inside, if they don't notice the long line of cars, they might wonder why the orders are taking a bit longer. BACKGROUND — Starbucks locations are fairly reliable for quality drinks, food, and good service. Occasionally you'll arrive at a Starbucks during one of the unpredictable surge rush periods, or when a group arrives. So, that can slow down the service. Also, there are times when a location might be short staffed or having new trainees getting trained. When all that happens at one time, it's challenging.“

“My daughter and 18 of her friends wanted Starbucks for her birthday. We rode in a limo to Starbucks, parked and ordered 18 drinks. The staff there was AMAZING!! The girls were patient, kind & very efficient. Thank you ladies for your assistance.“

“When you are a regular, as I am, you are loved and treated with nothing but respect. Sure, there's usually a wait, and long drive thru times but... Why do you think that is? Because it's worth it. Cannot say enough good about the management and staff at this location. #fantastic“

“I live my starbucks but it just cost to much for us to enjoy often anymore. We normally go for a little something special with outer child. I love that they have Creme based drinks for kids to enjoy also.My personal favorite drink in a Skinny Vanilla Latte. Simple and not full of sugar“

“I don't drink Starbucks but my best friend loves them so we go often. She gets great service. They know what she wants & she's always happy with her order. On the rare occasion it's not quite right they will fix it and with a smile.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. Megan is the sweetest barista ever and even knows my order when I walk in. Since it’s in the middle of a Hy-Vee you kind of have to expect that it’s going to be busy, but she always has my drink on time with the best attitude. I highly recommend this Starbucks spot to anyone! It’s a gem in this Hy-Vee especially when the other Starbucks’ can’t get certain things in.“
