Starbucks in Dubuque

“Great service, and beautiful friendly staff of ladies. Even though they were short staffed they were moving and communicating with one another as well as guests politely and efficiently. Clean store. Definitely be polite, and patient when going in, as we should be anyway in the world.

“Lynn, Luna, and the rest of the Monday morning crew have become an integral part of our grocery shopping routine! They’ve memorized our order and my toddler’s nickname (not hard because he likes to refer to himself in the third person, but appreciated all the same!) and we look forward to their warm welcome! Our chai is always delicious and sharing it is a cherished part of our shopping trip. Thanks for everything, ladies!“

There was an employee that was very kind and especially informative on the drinks from the most popular, to her personal favorites. Very kind and easy to talk to. She had dark hair and nose piercings. I believe her name was Chloe.“

“Little biased as I live on this side of Dubuque but the staff is always so nice and fast. Chill atmosphere to study or read, or have girls coffee. My kids love getting a treat and the staff is so patient and encouraging to them when they order and pay.“
