“This Starbucks on 1st Ave NE in Cedar Rapids is in a very convenient location and easy to stop by when you’re in the area. The staff provide good service and are friendly, and the drinks are prepared quickly and consistently.
Overall, it’s a solid spot to grab your coffee. A reliable location with good service. ☕“

“Normally I don’t do reviews but this one needed to be done!!! DoorDash does not let you choose to add extra whip so I called the store! I have only ever called one other time to add extra whip but I some how got the same girl both times!!!! Bailey is just amazing with her customer service!!!!!! Not only did she remember what I called in for the first time but then left a note on my bag that just made my day!!!! Thank you Bailey keep shinning bright“

“I got locked out of my car here once and all the baristas were so nice. They let me use their phone to call AAA and one of them even offered to drive me to my class at Kirkwood. Some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with at a Starbucks.“
“My daughter and 18 of her friends wanted Starbucks for her birthday. We rode in a limo to Starbucks, parked and ordered 18 drinks. The staff there was AMAZING!! The girls were patient, kind & very efficient. Thank you ladies for your assistance.“

“When you are a regular, as I am, you are loved and treated with nothing but respect. Sure, there's usually a wait, and long drive thru times but... Why do you think that is? Because it's worth it. Cannot say enough good about the management and staff at this location. #fantastic“
“I love starbucks but this particular drive thru is really slow in the mornings. they make the best coffee and employees are the most friendly of any you will find around, but i am sorry to say, if you are in a hurry, forget it. It seems they just don't have coordination down to move things along smoothly.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. Megan is the sweetest barista ever and even knows my order when I walk in. Since it’s in the middle of a Hy-Vee you kind of have to expect that it’s going to be busy, but she always has my drink on time with the best attitude. I highly recommend this Starbucks spot to anyone! It’s a gem in this Hy-Vee especially when the other Starbucks’ can’t get certain things in.“

“Order was taken fast and drink came out as ordered. Barista made a suggestion for an addition to my drink that I liked.
The space could definitely have been cleaner. With 3 baristas and no line, one of them could have been cleaning“
“Great customer service! Came home to immediately write a review.😊 The girls working followed my drink order to the T and even made sure my cup wasn’t sticky afterwords! Late Friday night and they’re still giving their best energy and service! Super grateful to you!!!“
