“There are some great young staff members at this location. The only thing that I would recommend is that they not close up too early. I showed up around 7:15PM on a Monday and they closed at 8:00. I asked for a drink and a couple of pumpkin loaves warmed. The girl proceeded to tell me that she had already cleaned and shut down the microwave so basically I was out of luck. Lol, she was young and likely inexperienced so I don’t really blame her but it’s not good customer service. Outside of that, they are usually pretty good.“
“This little gem is kind of hidden away it seems. I almost pass it every time I'm in the area lol.The folks there are always very nice and the drinks they provide are to Starbucks standards. I haven't been inside. The parking lot is kind of small.“
“I love this location. I was wanting to try a sample of the Pink Drink not knowing it was a twist on my favorite Strawberry Acai Refresher. Staff was polite, quick and efficient. Drink was phenomenal. Will be back next time I'm in town.“
“I had never been to a Starbucks before last Saturday. I didn't think it was my thing, with the prices, language and overall impression given by memes and the internet in general. (And I don't drink coffee.. the smell usually makes me gag.) I was on date night last weekend and we grabbed food from Chick-fila. The food court was sooo chilly so I got a craving for my guest proper Chai Latte of the season. The ordering was quick, the barista friendly and I got my warm goodness quickly. Mispelled my name, of course, but that's Starbucks tradition I hear! It was at least a variation of my name, and I'm used to that Definitely will come back when I make my (very) rare trips to the mall!“
“I recently ordered from this location via DoorDash and left this review “ Ordered an Iced Venti and a breakfast sandwich. When I opened the bag to take my food out half of my drink had spilled inside the bag and had soaked into my sandwich. The travel distance from the store to delivery point was less than 1 mile. I paid $18 for half a drink and a soggy sandwich.” I went into the store a few days later to find out how to handle the bad delivery situation. Boy did they make my day! Remade my entire order even though the fault was with the delivery company. Thanks for the great customer service at the Redhawk St. Coralville location!“
