“I go to Starbucks probably more than the average Starbucks enthusiast and so there's some merit to me saying this; this Starbucks is top tier. Service is always the best, there are so many great people here. It's actually a little saddening when I haven't seen some of the regular staff in awhile. Consistency of making my order is better than all the rest also. I've rewritten my review several times because they keep leaving an impactful impression.“

“If I could give this Starbucks inside Target in Moline 10 stars, I absolutely would! Every visit is consistently amazing, and a huge part of that is thanks to Jay. They are hands down one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met—always welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely kind.

Not only is the customer service top-tier, but Jay also makes the BEST drinks. Everything is crafted perfectly every time, and you can tell they truly care about what they do. It’s rare to find someone who can turn a quick coffee run into such an enjoyable experience, but Jay does exactly that.

This location has become one of my favorites because of the positive energy and attention to detail. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend it—especially if Jay is working. You’ll leave with a great drink and an even better mood!“

“I wanted a good kick of caffeine but honestly don’t know jack about coffee. I panicked when they said pumpkin spice wasn't out yet (it’s one of the few flavors im familiar with, unoriginal ik) and I asked if they could make me a nitro that was “sweet, but not too sweet”. The lady made me my nitro cold brew with macadamia syrup and white macadamia nut cold foam. It’s stunning. Exactly what I nervously asked for, might even be my new regular order. I’m so so grateful, she didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing and even seemed excited for me to try it. Have had a long morning and this was exactly what I needed, I didn’t catch her name but you know who you are :) ✨Thank you for you coffee knowledge and creativity, you really made a positive impact on my day!“

“Have had alot of bad experiences lately on getting my drinks correct. But gave this one more chances and walked in today and a girl named Kat knew exactly what and how to make it. Not only to have it right and a day maker but she knew what I wanted. Thank you so much girl.“

“Drive-thru is was popping with cars. Inside was nice and only occupied by 4 other people. I enjoyed my Americana, charging my phone, and free wifi while waiting for my Uber on one of the coldest days of the year to date. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious as well.“

I particularly wanted to share my experience because I get the same drunk almost daily, I reluctantly had to call them because my drink tasted funny they didn’t question it and they remade it and offered me a reward for next time.
