“We visited the new East Peoria, IL location. My daughter and her 2 tween friends wanted to order and pay for themselves. They ordered 3 of the same drink (Ultra Caramel Frappacino) and it was a very busy time. I watched from the car, as they handed 1 Frappacino to the 3 girls. They had mixed up the order. It happens, but they listened to my 12 year old explain the problem, and they quickly corrected their mistake. Thank you StarBucks for never failing on customer service! The girls loved their drinks also!“
“This Starbucks is probably one of the best to go to. They are super kind to my finance wherever she goes in there to pick up her food, they greet her by name and know her order. They have turned into such great friends of ours. We try not to go to any other Starbucks while we are in town.“
