Starbucks in Springfield

“Great branch with friendly and courteous baristas.

It's a pity that I am from California and only been here once. It's my grandmother's hometown and I fell in love with this branch right away.

Hopefully I will have a chance to visit more often in the future.“

“Today is my birthday and I went in the drive thru to get my free drink and the girl wanted me to show her my app so she could scan my phone. Well of course I forgot my password so I was trying to reset it for like 3 minutes and I think it was the manager, he comes to the window and told me I shouldn’t be waiting this long and gave me my drink. I apologized and told him that I’m trying to reset my password and he goes “you’re totally fine, I don’t know any of my passwords and you’re totally okay” and he gave me my drink and told me to have a great day and happy birthday! So nice of him! Didn’t get his name but he was so kind :)“

“Cleanest bathroom in town! I use bathroom's to determine the cleanliness of all establishments. I don't order any standard, routine, coffee. Pickie. Always order inside because drive thru never gets it right. I have to constantly remind the staff that most of the world doesn't speak Starbucks. Largest is universal.“

My job fubard my lunch break and I ended up having to send my husband out there to grab my drink because I hadn’t clocked out for lunch yet. He told me you all remade my drink because it had melted. “Considering the high amount of foot traffic this location gets, their quality and service are pretty consistent, in my experience. One of the better Starbucks stores in town. I will say, however, that the muzak is pretty loud and the store itself is cold - bring a jacket and headphones if you plan to stay a while!“

“Very lucky to have this Starbucks here! There aren't any other good places for sit-down coffee in this part of town so I enjoy being able to come here. Staff is generally friendly and the service is good. Plus, it's a Starbucks so you can come in really early and get a coffee and some food.“
