Starbucks in Springfield

“Always good. Always right. Thanks to the young lady at the drive through for hooking me up with a new drink. My go to isn't available anymore, so I asked her to surprise me. She did. And it was amazing. She was a great sport about it.“

“Great branch with friendly and courteous baristas.

It's a pity that I am from California and only been here once. It's my grandmother's hometown and I fell in love with this branch right away.

Hopefully I will have a chance to visit more often in the future.“

“Every time I go to Starbucks on Dirksen and Stevenson, and IF she is working.. I receive the very exponential service from Emily. Emily knows exactly how to make my drink to my liking every time with a smile. Thank you so much Emily for being amazing!“

“I came here with my dad for a coffee and got a nice surprise. We went throught the drive thru and ordered our drinks, pulled around to the window, and the person at the window offered us 2 free drinks that had been made but were going to be thrown out. So we took them and ended up getting 4 drinks for the price of 2. This has been my best Starbucks experience yet.“

“Today is my birthday and I went in the drive thru to get my free drink and the girl wanted me to show her my app so she could scan my phone. Well of course I forgot my password so I was trying to reset it for like 3 minutes and I think it was the manager, he comes to the window and told me I shouldn’t be waiting this long and gave me my drink. I apologized and told him that I’m trying to reset my password and he goes “you’re totally fine, I don’t know any of my passwords and you’re totally okay” and he gave me my drink and told me to have a great day and happy birthday! So nice of him! Didn’t get his name but he was so kind :)“

“I usually stop by before work at least 3 times a week. I Went through this morning with my hubs and our dog, for a vet visit treat. We Always get the same order, 2 nitros and a pup cup. The lady working the drive thru is always so kind and bubbly. Awesome personality and smile. She's Definitely an asset to the team @ Monroe Starbucks!! I wish I knew her name to give her a personal shout out. Maybe Veronica? She's Amazing!! The world needs more people who care and give great customer service as she always does.“

“Huge shoutout to Hannah! Saved my morning yesterday! Ordered through the app and somehow my favorite location got changed and sent my order to the wrong store. She whipped me up and new cold brew and sammy and I was out the door! Thank you so much Hannah!“
