“This short dark haired girl working the windows didn’t know what she was doing.I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and she got confused and gave me the wrong order she gave me a cold brew. Then when I politely corrected her she rolled her eyes and turned around and waited five minutes to remake my drink. I think she could do better I didn’t get her name but I saw it started with a Cassidy I think it was. She was also kind of rude to me and I am aware I sound like a um what’s that name the kids call people. Oh a Karen I know I sound like a Karen but I’m tired of people being rude and I can’t go to the other Starbucks because it’s the closest to my place of work. I would like it if someone either talked to that girl or she changes her attitude.Dietary restrictions: Good at not cross contamination“

“I frequently go to this Starbucks. The people there are terrific and fast. The only bad thing about this Starbucks is the car access. They have been building a larger, very nice one across the street in the Country Market parking lot. I hope this open it soon. Traffic to and driving around the drive thru at the current one is difficult.“
“I stopped by for my drive to Chicago and ordered through the drive-thru. Like most Starbucks drive-thru, this location was busy, but it got my orders warm and ready! Even though this place was busy, the staff were fast and efficient! I got my orders in less than 10 minutes. I ordered my iced caramel latte and the egg and bacon sandwich.“

“This place is excellent. Kita the manager has great personality and welcomes each customer. Drinks are always superb. Only problem is trying to reach them by phone..thru the hotel they are located in..they don't have the phone listed...overall this is my favorite location.“
