“The atmosphere is good for getting some work done with plenty of tables for most times and outlets. This store unionized a couple years ago (I think it was two) and a lot of things went downhill as union busting caused turnover. It’s pretty disappointing that union stores don’t get tips on credit card transactions, too.But this is a review of the service which is great. Particularly a barista who usually has colorful hair and a gentle soul. She always brightens my day and clearly cares about everyone who walks in. I’m also always warmly greeted by the man who seems to be a manager there. I just love going here, especially on days when I feel bad, the staff has everything to do with that.Pro tip for other customers: bring cash for tip since they don’t have a credit card to prompt; or use the Starbucks app with your card attached so you can add a tip.“
“Everything here is always great! The staff is always energetic and smiling and kind! I order a cold drink usually and they always make it right. The store is clean and there is seating inside and out. The drive though is usually busy and people seem genuinely happy with their purchase and service. Its right in the corner of War Memorial and Prospect so it has a convenient location and if you live nearby, its a short walk up.Parking: The lot is shared with other businesses.“
“I've always liked this Krogers & all of the organic items they provide but they just topped it off with a STARBUCKS coming soon. I had actually driven about 10 blocks down the street away from Kroger's in order to get my Starbucks and driven back so I could have it while I was shopping. This is outstanding.“
“Being in the area, I decided to stop at Starbucks again: it's a very nice coffee shop, offering all kinds of various hot and cold drinks, and food. Since the weather's been pretty hot, I ordered Grande Strawberry Acai Lemonade, that was made fast, plus I got two pastries, packed to go. The subtotal was $6.95 plus two taxes of 1% and 11% on the packaged food and drink respectively, so the total came to $7.51. The service was very hospitable, cheerful and friendly. The shop now advertises and offers various season specials -- coffees, hot and cold drinks, merchandise, as well as season discounts. Getting ready for Halloween brightens up the ambiance, largely created by info boards in orange colors, as well as all kinds of fall flowers and pumpkins around the coffee shop. I enjoyed my cold, tasty lemonade very much, pastries were excellent too -- Many Thanks & Muchas Gracias!“
“I moved into my first apartment around the time this store opened. Since this store is in the middle of my short commute to work I have stopped by multiple times. Each time the barista's are beyond friendly. My order has never been messed up. The drive thru, parking lot, and inside are always clean.I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but the service and quality of this store deserves recognition. Keep up the good work, and thank you to the wonderful staff for always making my morning a little brighter!“
“Starbucks at 7610 N Orange Prairie Rd looks very happy indeed, beginning with its great location: it's in the indoor area of a giant, sparkling supermarket Hy-Vee. That makes the stop at Starbucks for a cup of coffee or a snack quite natural. The choice of options is clearly displayed on the menus and info boards, and the amiable, well-trained staff is happy to greet you and get the order ready. Cappuccino I ordered was good, just a little bit strong for me, and Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich was absolutely excellent -- fresh, hot and very tasty. The ambiance in this Starbucks also couldn't be happier -- it is placed in a very spacious area, has no closed walls around it -- so you can easily access it, besides it faces the flower section of the supermarket. Some bright flower bouquets and cute decorations are placed near the seating area, creating a cute little flower garden, of sorts (please, see the photos). The seating area itself is fairly small, but functional, and you can also eat at the dining area near the exit from the supermarket, or place the order as a take out. Starbucks also offers a lot of brand items for purchase, including gift cards. All the current sanitation regulations were observed by the staff and customers. I have been to this Starbucks several times lately -- and I always enjoyed my experience at this coffee shop. Thank you and see you soon!“

“It's a fast food style coffee shop. Clean, well lighted and devoid of any originality. Comfortable and non-threatening with excellent coffee and Chai beverages and good if mass produced looking pastries. This location has great service also which is not standard for Starbucks so you should be glad you're here instead of pretty much all of the Chicago locations I've been to“
“Starbucks off Knoxville in Peoria, IL is usually pretty fast given they are directly across from an interstate exchange and two major hospitals. That being said, they got my drink order wrong. I’m not mad,m. I asked for oatmilk instead of dairy, as I’m cutting back down. It’s not worth wasting product on a mistake. I just hope they take a little more time to confirm as they were pushing out customers very quickly.“
