Starbucks in Peru

“Coffee was fine and got some snacks too but I did have to tell them they had a number of flies in their pasty display. I’m kind of impressed this flies were even able to get in there to be honest. But hey, the coffee was good and next time if I need some extra fly protein… I’ll try a pasty too“

“Meg was fantastic. We went through the drive thru and had to wait a bit for our order, which is pretty normal for Starbucks. But what made it different was Meg. She was warm, polite, and genuinely pleasant the entire time. No rushed energy, no attitude, just good vibes from start to finish. It is rare to have a drive thru experience that actually stands out, but this one did. She made the wait feel easy and kept things friendly without it feeling forced. Small things like that go a long way. Starbucks can feel like a machine sometimes, in and out, no real interaction. Meg made it feel human. Best drive thru experience I have had at any Starbucks. If you come through this location, hope you get Meg at the window. She is the real deal.“

“Its in hyvee so I understand being busy and distracted. But the staff could at least be nice and make orders correctly.. the past few times I've gone it's been young girls laughing/playing around with each other and after waiting what feels like forever for the drink they just get it wrong and get upset when you ask them to remake it.“
