Taco Bell in Cedar Rapids

“I’ve been here a handful of times and it seems like this location and the workers have generally improved from past negative experiences. While it’s always kind of dicey late nite at any fast food, this location and the one off first ave by the med quarter seem to be the better locations to stop at. The 5$ box on mobile being a good value is what keeps me around and it’s usually made well and fast in the lobby here.“

“I drove to Taco Bell with my friend in the passenger seat. I ordered a 7 dollar box then drove to the window. As I went to pay and hand the lady my card we both dropped it. It was a very windy day and I was getting ready to open my car door to get it. Before I could even react she jumped out of the window and picked up my card and handed it to me. Then she proceeded to jump back into the window she made it look very easy. If that isn't the best customer service ever then I don't know what is.“

“Ethan U himself corrected our two vaguely correct orders into what we asked for originally then walked us to our cars for our own safety and gave us a crisp lincoln of gas money for the five times we went around the drive through. This young man is a stellar employee, willing to give the shirt off his own back/shoulder.“

“I'm from Sioux city, so when I'm on the road of course I want to grab some taco bell. I ordered from the app online and picked up my food in the Drive-Thru. This was easily the best chalupa I've had in probably 5 to 10 years from Taco Bell, and the rest of the food was great as well. The gentleman at the drive-thru was spot-on, I waited maybe two or three minutes for my food, and gave me extra hot sauce when I asked. 4 to 8 months ago the reviews looked a little rough, but they've got their act together. This was a great experience!“
