“My sister came here in October to get me coffee on our way home from the hospital after I gave birth to my son. I got my order confused with two of their seasonal drinks, and when my sister tried explaining the situation and what I had told her I wanted, the staff was FANTASTIC! They were so sweet customizing my drink (which was delicious) and even threw in a couple extras for us. Baby Declan and I are so thankful and will definitely mark this as our favorite location in the metro!“

“Nice place to drop of your nonshopping partner before heading to the Wally Wold across the way. It's quiet, has sweet service, and has a view to the shopping area. One can, relax, read, watch traffic, work on their laptop, and then gather their gear and java as they see their ride coming across the way. Cheers.“

“I door dash for a living and was on a delivery wjen i was cut off and had to slam on my brakes to avoid the guy who not only cut me off but break checked me because he thought it was cute, anyway... This was the closest location to replace my order, who I'm now late in delivering. I go in wiyh the empty destroyed, cup with the soaked ticket in it and explain my situation to the gal behind the counter, ahe says no problem and takes the ticket and remakes the drink, puts it in another bag and everything, goid as new and i go to pay her and she's like dont worry about it, and i went from seeing red, having to clean my car after i still make the delivery and take a hit for the replacement that was definitely more than i was getting for the delivery, and in that instant my day seemed less glib and I want to say thank you, im sure I'll be coming back for many more deliveries, and i wanted to hopefully let the barista know that it was not necessary, but greatly appreciated, so thank you!“
