Starbucks in Clive

“The team here is amazing, each one of them just as friendly as the other. it's so great getting to watch them interact with the regulars. everyone here is greeted when they walk in the door and told to have a great day on the way out. and the drinks.. the drinks are always made to perfections :)“

“I door dash for a living and was on a delivery wjen i was cut off and had to slam on my brakes to avoid the guy who not only cut me off but break checked me because he thought it was cute, anyway... This was the closest location to replace my order, who I'm now late in delivering. I go in wiyh the empty destroyed, cup with the soaked ticket in it and explain my situation to the gal behind the counter, ahe says no problem and takes the ticket and remakes the drink, puts it in another bag and everything, goid as new and i go to pay her and she's like dont worry about it, and i went from seeing red, having to clean my car after i still make the delivery and take a hit for the replacement that was definitely more than i was getting for the delivery, and in that instant my day seemed less glib and I want to say thank you, im sure I'll be coming back for many more deliveries, and i wanted to hopefully let the barista know that it was not necessary, but greatly appreciated, so thank you!“

“Just wanted to say the baristas at ingersoll have been very rude quite a few times and the baristas here are always wonderful, this might be the only starbucks i go to now (on the rare occasion i go). Samiya or Samira (i can’t remember) was specifically very kind and understanding! :)“
