The food was delicious and the service excellent thank you Bree. You were great. I recommend this highly and the menu was great. “Upscale-themed restaurant within the Hyatt Regency hotel on the Iowa River Landing. 5-star service by Kat & atmosphere were the highlight of our dinner experience, with the Iowa Corn Chowder a close second. The chestnut risotto was very good, the filet was average, the monkfish was interesting but a little bland, and the beer menu needs to be expanded to include at least one amber/belgian quad option to mirror the type of restaurant they aspire to be. We’ll definitely give it another shot in the future!“

“Our food was good and our service during our meal was good. The pay process is not, we had to scroll thru a large ticket on the table top pay kiosk for each person so everyone could pay. It would have been better to have our tickets split up for us.“

“Food was delicious as usual. We love Longhorn. Our problem was more with the server. Lizzie was mannerly and courteous but was always in a rush even though the restaurant was not close to full. We were seated at 5:40pm on a Tuesday evening. We got the feeling that she didnt want to give us time to ask for anything. She definitely did not go out of her way as a server to see if we needed anything else other than our food that we ordered. We usually have exceptional service here but we were somewhat dissapointed.“

“BEST. PIZZA. EVER.🤤🫶🏻 Great atmosphere & the bar tenders/staff were phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. While I was there with friends, a minor “incident” occurred with a very disgruntled customer from out of town. As I witnessed in horror the absolute, negative, childlike behavior of the “out of towner”, I was quite impressed with how well the manager and staff handled the immature adult. Even after she made the poor manager cry. I personally give the restaurant 15/10 stars!! I will most DEFINITELY be back! Along with my family and friends!!“

“We were greeted with chips and a full-flavored salsa that was smooth and tasty, though not spicy — a nice mild start to the meal.

Unfortunately, they were out of the Tacos de Lengua (cow tongue), but we decided on the Steak Fajitas and Tacos de Asada instead.

The fajita meat was tender and flavorful—seasoned well without overpowering the fresh taste of the vegetables, creating a perfectly balanced dish. The tacos were also delicious and tender, though the meat portions felt a bit on the smaller side.😕

Our server was prompt, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Overall, Casa Azul offered a pleasant dining experience with quality flavors and good service — definitely a place we’d return to. 🇲🇽🌮“
