“Cookies are always delicious! However the customer service that I received from the decorator was beyond amazing. I purchased an ice cream cake from the DQ in Manawa and asked if the could write 17 for my daughter’s 17th birthday and some sprinkles. When they brought the cake out from the back, I wanted to cry! It was horrible and embarrassing. I was trying to think of a quick fix and I immediately thought of Eileen’s but didn’t know if they could or would help. I walked in and explained to the decorator the situation. She asked me what colors and what I wanted. She was amazing and saved the Birthday and my mama heart! Thank you“
