“Overall my experience was okay. Definitely needs a good upgrade and staff should be a little more vigilant of customers and what conversations are being had at the front counter. Food was hot and freash. Will revisit but most like just through the drive-thru“

“This location has a limited lot size and is up in a hill as compared to all the other Council Bluffs locations. It is handicap accessible and was surprisingly clean inside during the lunch rush. I placed a big order and didn't have too long to wait. There were zero mistakes, and everything was hot and fresh. It has been a long time in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area that a visit like this has occurred. Employees were friendly and professional. Excellent visit. I also tried those new Pickle fries. Wow! They were amazing for fast food.
Kid-friendliness: They had a mountain of King crowns available for children and at this time were giving out Addams Family toys in the kid meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Built-in curb incline on the outside. Inside there are handicap accessible restrooms and plenty of room to maneuver the dinning room.“
