I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to write one for Convergence today.I have been coming to Convergence a few times a year or so since they opened. We were in the area for our New Year's weekend getaway. We were exploring waterfalls and finding some grocaches while in town. We happened to notice this cidery and wanted to give it a try. Glad we did!! ?. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner and worker. We got a flight of ciders and had a pasty to go along with it. Both were delicious!! Huge open space, plenty of tables and games and events planned! The ciders are dry or semi-sweet. Very creative profiles like elderberry and lavender. We did a flight of 4x and it was about $10. Great place to stop in for a drink! Stay for a charcuterie board too!
