“Absolutely breathtaking experience today for lunch. Saw the dessert menu and my mouth watered. The cashiers were very welcoming and friendly. Im a jovial soul so i joked about a bad review, when on the contrary i Absolutely love eating here. Food was a masterpiece as ot resembles the picture in detail. The loveley smiles and laughter always makes my day smoothe. I highly recommend and encourage you to dine in. Jamaican“

“I've been here many times for lunch (around 1:00) and always have an excellent experience. The Whooper yesterday was hot, fresh, soft bun, and very melted cheese. It was wonderful. Are the fries hot and salty? Yes! Too salty? Not for me because I hate my arteries. The Coca Cola was cold and tasted just right. This is the best BK in the Des Moines area. Excellent job!“

“Got charged full price after ordering 2 whoppers on whopper Wednesday and asked why the bill was so much and was told we have to ask for the whopper deal which is exactly what I was doing when I asked why we were charged 6.50 instead of 3.99. usually eat here very regularly but I will not be eating here again. *Update after posting this employee came and refunded one of the whoppers.“

“Today me and my two younger kids rolled through the drive-thru and got to talk to the district manager Mindy and she was so incredibly genuinely nice helpful and had excellent customer service! I also just noticed that they filled in the big pothole in the Drive-Thru. Mindy also mentioned that next year they will be getting some upgrades which is a plus!“

“Working a show in Des Moines over the weekend and had to make a quick stop for breakfast this morning 7:30 am 07Nov2025.
I ordered inside, and the woman who waited on me, I think she was manager, her name is Ro, was very nice and patient. She took time to tell me about her store’s charitable donations and how they were able to provide scholarships for several young people last year. This made for a very nice morning for me, thank you. Oh and the breakfast croissant and iced coffee were so good.“

“I didn't catch her name, but whoever worked the drive-thru this morning April 23rd was amazing. I just know that she had tattoos and blonde hair.. she was full of positive energy and she made me feel like I could conquer the world. The interaction was very pleasant and she definitely deserves a huge raise.. if more people were like her, myself included, the world would be better off. The food was great too but it's the little things that makes a difference“
