“In Des Moines to see a friend in the hospital and Google Maps showed a great review for 77. It was my first time eating Pho and it was awesome. I had the Combination Vermicelli and Green Tea Pot (kept warm with a tea light). The waitress was very pleasant and polite and the food was delicious. I'm now hooked on Pho.“

“Everything was phenomenal from beginning to end! The waitstaff was attentive but not overbearing, and our waiter in particular was so friendly and recommended the crab stuffed walleye, which was to die for! The environment was classy and intimate, yet casual enough that it felt comfortable and warm. The best part of the meal was the appetizer- the seared ahi tuna is too good for words, just trust me on this and order it! This was a great place to visit for my birthday dinner, and we definitely plan on being back.“

“Good food, always fresh in my experiences with eating here. Doesn't cost a lot, and if you go away hungry from their buffet, it's your own fault. Would recommend to anyone. Also I've never been grossed out by the bathroom. That's a big bonus for me. After using the restroom I like coming out feeling relieved and clean not ready to shower as soon as I get home...cause eewwwww.... So thank you for keeping up on your restroom as well as the face appearance of your restaurant.“

“This is easily my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Urbandale area. The food is always delicious and arrives quickly, and the drinks are very tasty as well. I usually get the chori-pollo and highly recommend it!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and their new location is very nice. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant.

“We have one of these back home in Virginia. Ours is situated in a gas station. This one is inside a liquor store. I was totally blown away by how good the chicken was at my home location and wanted to compare. I am happy to report that this place exceeded all of my expectations! Sky was behind the counter tonight. He was great! He gave us some samples while we waited. They make the chicken fresh, and it's worth the wait! I promise you. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, flavorful, and perfectly spiced! I can honestly say that this is my favorite fried chicken, ever! The biscuits, wedges, and mac & cheese were also delicious! Some people may be put-off by its location but, looks are deceiving. Try it for yourself!!! Also, our 3-piece breast and wing combo with biscuit and side, and 3-piece tender combo with biscuit and side was ~$18. Super cheap and we each got two meals out of each Krunch Box. You do the math!“

“Couldn't have asked for better service considering I showed up 20 min before they closed, which might I add they closed at 9:30 on a Saturday & will discuss below. Food was delicious and hot no complaints with quantity or quality chips and salsa included. The corn shells were so fresh & warm I could have eaten the shells alone for my dinner. The seven seas soup was superb even though it contained only quarter size piece of fish. here are the few reasons I feel the need for 3 stars. First closing hrs are 9:30pm on a Sat.? Why so early?
Secondly, the parking lot feels unsafe as it seems there's a lot going on with all the businesses & traffic on the property. So not family friendly in the evenings.
Lastly, Environment inside was very noisy and rather busy. So not a place to wind down & have a drink at least not 20 min. before closing time (I can only base off the time I spent at the est.)
The food was so good I will def. return & recommend.“

“Very good place, good portions of food according to the price, I ate Salvadoran pupusas, my friend had corn atol and everything was very good and the price was very affordable.

Parking: Very good because it is spacious and was empty the day I went.“

No one was seated to eat and it somehow felt overly lit and bright and stark. But whatever, I wasn't there to sit and eat. The new waffle fries are really good! Because you can't turn left from SE 14th, it is hard to get into the parking lot.“

“Quiet inside, half the lobby blocked for cleaning, trash was overflowing, and orange pop trailing 3 feet feom the receptacle. Only one young lady in the upfront/lobby. And she was helping customers. There were 4 others in view between drive-thru and make station where meals/orders were being packed. Others in the kitchen, doing dishes maybe? Anyone could have taken lobby or at least clean up the pop, it was 7 ish on a week night.“
