Both dishes were hot and delicious. We love Thai and were thrilled to find an option 5 minutes from our hotel. Would definitely recommend and hope to stop in again.“

“Serious about allergies! I have an allergy so I can’t go out to eat much, which in itself is heartbreaking. However, from the moment I walked in the door, they were already preparing to make sure I could have a safe meal with my family. They took all the precautions they could and kept me informed the entire time. It nearly brought tears to my eyes! The kindness and thoughtfulness I experienced was so overwhelming so thank you to everyone who made my dinner possible! I’m so appreciative. We were a very large party, and even so, they succeeded! “First time going to Thai Flavors Ingersoll and it was great! Ordered Crab Rangoon’s which were stuffed, Thai Flavors Special Noodles was a really great dish, totally recommending. And the Thai Tea was one of the best I've had! The customer service was top notch, especially the one named Yuvia L! She was very attentive, kind, and gave many recommendations. “Cool Basil has been a long time favorite of my wife and I. We hadn’t been there in a while when we stopped in for lunch today. The atmosphere was noticeably different. They were playing a funky smooth jazz music where every song sounded the same. I liked the previous light/classic rock mix much better. The staff seems to have completely changed since we were last in. We didn’t recognize anyone, whereas we were on a first name basis with much of the previous staff. The service was noticeably slower and less friendly. The food was still very good. I ordered my usual spice level 2 and it was very, very hot. Much hotter than it used to be. I’m just wondering if they are under new ownership or management because it is a very different experience from a year ago. I still recommend Cool Basil, it’s just not the familiar place that we loved anymore.“

This place is superior in terms of food quality, variety of dishes, friendly staff, and prices that beat most local Thai restaurants. The pad woon sen and tom yum noodle are offerings so hard to find elsewhere, and set the bar to an unattainable standard. Try everything on their menu, especially the Thai dishes, and it's impossibly hard to be disappointed.“
