Jimmy John's Reviews
Apple Pay never works here. They keep saying it's temperamental and to try again but I've never got it to work, same with my friends. I've used it all over town just fine. Also, there is a driver they have in a silver Camry who is an extremely reckless driver. Flying all over the place without using turn signals and cutting people off. On the plus side the food is great!
Cashier was rude, said nothing and didn't even crack a smile when I said hi. He only spoke to us to tell my husband how to work the credit card machine. After ordering, he stood with his back to the register and made no attempt to hide he was playing on his phone. He didn't move the entire time we sat in and ate. Food was fine.
On your Italian sandwich you should have an option to say no lettuce cause it doesn't even say lettuce in the description of the sandwich and the last 2 times I ordered one there was lettuce on it when I didn't want any

Jimmy John's provides excellent catering services, with friendly staff and attention to detail, making large orders easy and convenient. Their sandwiches, such as the 16” #5 Vito, are typically well-made and prepared fresh to order and quickly, although occasional mistakes can occur. This location features a drive-thru and has at least one vegetarian option, but some customers wish for more vegetarian choices. Overall, Jimmy John's offers a great experience, with easy parking, including plenty of spots around the restaurant and handicapped accessibility. It is also a kid-friendly restaurant, and guests appreciate the amazing staff and clean environment. While some find the subs a bit salty, many enjoy the freshness and quality of the food, making it a popular choice in Dubuque.
