“What you’d expect from a rural “hole-in-the-wall” bar, only better. A true diamond in the rough. Great people, cold beer, stiff drinks, and tasty bar food.”

“Great food and service!!”

“Not only is the food good but they are all about helping those in the community and very supportive.”

“The tall gentleman working this evening has the patience of a saint. I watched an obnoxious foreign guy take 10 minutes to order the most disgusting sandwich I've ever seen, asked that it be wrapped separately, then walked away when he realized that ordering three different meats adds to the price. I would have thrown the sandwich at him.”

“My mother and I stopped in after a very long day at my grandmother's celebration of life to get some gas. I decided I wanted a drink, so I go grab one when I return to register the very gracious and amazing cashier who may be the owner, but I'm gonna know because the customer service is beyond amazing. Anyway, he asked if we had been inside since Casey's left in our case we hadn't he then graciously without hesitation offered 2 of their amazing biscuits and a Cajun Chicken Sandwich. He offered them for free without hesitation fresh out of the oven. It's hard to find good customer service, especially when customers can be very rude to workers. I forgot your name because it's been a rough week, but i will definitely be back 100%. Thank you from my mother, and I sincerely I wish your business nothing but success.
(He didn't know what we've been dealing with. Id say he's a genuinely amazing man)”

“We went thru the drive thru and I said to my husband, that sounds like the sweet lady from Evansdale and sure it was! She always makes my day, she is always polite. We made sure to Thank her for her great service as always! Cheryl is one of the sweetest hard working individuals. She helped us tonight in the Waterloo store since Evandsale is getting remodeled. Let that lady be the corporate trainer she has the best personality and makes you feel like royalty when she waits on you. Thanks Cheryl you are the Best!”

“Delicious, steaming hot when arrived , fresh, tender chicken & beef in both meals , hot & sour soup had lots of veggies & great flavor. Generous portions & not skimpy on the meat. Definitely recommend!”

“This place is always delicious, I’ve had multiple things here and my favorite is the wings and that Philly cheeseburger. My dude hooked it up and it’s definitely fire!”

“Holly and Aubrey are my favs! Excellent customer service and make the experience personable. Establishment is always clean, no rotting fruits and vegetables. Definitely my go-to Subway!”

“So went to McDonald’s in Evansdale just a little bit ago and the girl which was a manager had a complete attitude after I paid and went up to the presenting window I realized this poor girl was taking orders for both drive thrus and taking money and bagging the orders. I asked her if she was doing everything alone and she said yes and immediately apologized for sounding rude, I told her I could understand why this poor girl you can tell was having a horrible night she had tears in her eyes like she was about to break down I told her I hope her night gets better. So to this manager I don’t know how new of a manager you are but I can tell you what you were doing tonight was amazing work it’s not fun having to do it all. I hope whoever is your GM knows how great of a worker you are.”

“Great and friendly staff. Food both for breakfast and lunch was hot and fresh. Restaurant was very clean as well as the bathroom. They definitely take pride in their service and work.”
