“I was the only one inside...plenty of people going thru drive thru...and let me tell you Holly was running that restaurant by herself and she was killing it..was doing the drive thru waiting on ME...she was polite didn't get flustered..stayed calm this lady needs to be recognized...WTG Holly..

“I've been stopping in maybe once every 2 weeks for about a year now and every single person has been friendly and attentive. I can't comment on anything outside of baked potatoes, but those have all been great. Not a single issue so far. I also have to imagine with people this friendly that if there ever was an issue, they'd be willing to fix it.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free? Stick with the baked potatoes. While I miss the waffle fries with cheese, the same frying oil is used for cheese curds, so this would introduce cross-contamination to the fries. The chips used for the tato taco seem to be safe as well, but please use your own judgement.“

“I frequently use the drive thru to get sweet teas,Especially in the morning. The staff is the best. From the friendly greeting at the pay window from a young gentleman, to another friendly greeting with a wonderful smile to greet me at the pick-up window, and from not just one staff person, but several. Asking how I am,was there anything else I might need,such as napkins or straws,to complimenting me and telling me to have a blessed day. When my young son is with they are sure to say hello and hope he is doing great in school,etc. The morning staff is an asset to this company. I will continue to go to this location just to get this type of service that most food businesses lack today!!!!“

“This is the best subway I have ever eaten at. We had lunch there today and the staff was so friendly and they even cut up the vegetables for my protein bowl. I haven't had that done at a different subway. Cudos to this subway and the staff gets 10 stars!!!“

“My food at Ghost Chicken was delicious! While the hot honey dust on my chicken tender was my favorite, the mango habanero was a close second. I loved the sidewinder fries and the mango pineapple refresher with 1/2 lemonade * 1/2 sprite was a dream! Will definitely be going back.“

“After some back to school shopping, the whole family was craving a meal! We stopped by our favorite chikfila for a positive experience as always. My mother loves how friendly the staff always is, the food is always hot, fries are seasoned perfect, and the portions are great! We even got to meet Ethan and he told us how he traveled all the way across America to run this awesome store. Run, don’t walk, to this chikfila next time you’re at north park mall!“

“I deliver food and out of all the Arby's I've been to this has been one of the best, they had roughly 6-8 orders ahead of my delivery and the way they proficiently went through all the orders; while taking new drive thru orders, was breathe taking. Mark, Patrick and Nakita are a great crew. I last worked in Fast Food 2 decades ago and if I had work that job with anyone I would have enjoyed working with these 3. Sadly I didn't have time to purchase food while I was there but based on how well they work together I expect the food would have been perfect. I'm not sure if it's just the synergy between these individuals or if it's the culture out forth by the management but whatever it is, it made me want to commend them. Nakita even took the time to spell out her name as she could see how lost I was when I asked for their names. It didn't hinder their efforts and it took her about 15 seconds. She also didn't without being offended. Mark has a great attitude and great presence. I didn't talk to Patrick much but I could see he is very personable and very efficient in a great way. It was a great crew last night and they deserve some praise for sure. The building was clean and I'll be honest based on my experience they are a top tier crew!“

“If you've been to Taco John's, you know what it is. If you haven't, it's one of those magical places that is NOT high quality ethnic food, but it's still amazing. The 6 pack and a pound special is great to split with someone. 6 crunchy or soft tacos with a pound of tater tots. It's my go to“

“I have to share an experience i had with this store.
I placed an online order and inadvertently selected pickup instead of delivery. Since there is no provision to cancel the order anywhere on the website, I called them.
Robin answered the call, l asked if there was a way to change the order to delivery but the answer was no. Robin, in a fit of providing EXCELLENT service, went all the way to their district ops manager and arranged for a credit.
Robin proceeded to help me get a new order and get it delivered. This was, again, excellent service. But it gets better.
When the order arrived, the driver left the food and was walking away when I noticed 1 drink had not been delivered. So what did the driver do? She apologized and went back to get the drink. Not only did she bring the drink, which was great, she brought 2 Church's too. Again an excellent recovery for Taco John's.
And finally, after and hour had passed, what did I get, a follow up call from Robin. She called to let me know the credit had been put in and to make sure the order was correct and if we enjoyed it.
12 out of 10 points to Robin, the driver and Taco John's on Kimberly Road in Davenport IA.
Great staff makes a great restaurant.
