We swear by John's seasonings and sauces on the grill / smoker, or indoors!
the Cajun and steak and rib rub are my favorite. but I still wanna try some of their other products. plus side they just live a few blocks down the road. if you haven't tried their products your definitely missing out!! the seasoning took my smoking to the next level injecting and letting sit overnight before smoking
