I had a scone back in the fall which was clearly not cooked fully - I could taste the raw flour and when I looked at the middle I could see the raw dough. I went to report it and was told it was fine all their scones are "soft." Anyone who has baked before would've known it was raw. I was offered another scone in replacement or a refund, I took the refund because if all scones are like that, I would've probably gotten another raw one.
