“Brought my 2 grandkids for lunch..drove from Jefferson Iowa as we had stuff we were gonna do in fort dodge.... The crew behind the counter wereore interested in their conversations then to greet or smile or anything at us..it was 11 a.m. on a Saturday, they weren't busy, and they messed up our order..we ordered the pound of cheese balls and they brought out a pound of French fries. Never got an apology for the mess up, never got a thank you for stopping in. The food was delicious as usual but I do not want to hear about what someone's is doing ng tonight when I'm sitting 30 fee from the order counter..the crew needs to tone down their voices so customers don't hear the private stuff and they need to smile and be welcoming..we didn't feel welcomed at all“
