Kid-friendliness: They let me film them making a pizza while they showed my grandson how the pizzas are made so he could share it with relatives that live overseas.“

“This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks we have been to Chad's Pizza. This is the absolute best Pizza & food in the Cedar Valley area. Alex answered the phone & took our take out order. We ordered or favorites, a Chad's Special & Crab Rangoon Pizzas. I went to order the Barrel Tots as an appetizer but the we out. I also asked if we could get a gallon of lemonade he said no proble. I drove 30 minutes from Jesup Iowa to pick up or order. When I got there, Alex had the order ready. Since they were out of the Tots Appetizer, Alex sent us home with their Broasted Chicken. It was Amazing just like the pizzas. Alex as had a gallon of lemonade as well that he went down to Kwik Star & got for us! That is True customer service. Going above & beyond for us. He also let me borrow a Pizza Bag to take everything home so it stayed hot & fresh. Our hats are off to Chad's Pizza & especially Alex for the most Amazing service & the Absolute BEST food! We will go no place else ever for Pizza & Appetizers. Alex, Thanks Very Much for all you do for us & Chad's Pizza!! “I've always had great service and food from the location on University Avenue in Cedar Falls and have been a customer of that location for almost four years. The orders are always correct, on time, and cooked appropriately. The employees in store and delivery are polite, efficient, and helpful.“

“Had a party of 21 family members in tonight. I called yesterday and reserved the party room. The manager asked for an email order ahead of time, if possible, which worked great for us. The space was perfect and private. Our server was attentive and super nice and the food was amazing! We had 3 people needing Gluten Free crust and it wasn't an issue! I would highly reccomendations them for your next gathering!“

“Have lived in CF for a year, and have tried all the normal places people tell you to try for pizza.

I wish I would have found this a year ago. Thin crust Tony’s Special was outstanding. We also ordered the NY-style pizza, vegetarian.

One of the things I miss about living in a bigger city is good food options. We have a handful of good restaurants in CF, and this is one of them. Best pizza in CF, and one that would do well in a big city.

Last, thin crust pizza has egg in the batter, if you have allergies. The NY style does not, and is safe for people with egg allergies.

“Brown Bottle is one of my daughter’s favorites to go out to for our “fancy daddy daughter dinners”. The food and atmosphere are always so incredible and inviting. Great food and drink selection and the specials are always tasty. Our server tonight (I believe was Audrey) was awesome and even my daughter commented how hard working and nice she is. Can’t recommend Brown Bottle enough for any occasion!“
