7 Best Pizza Restaurants near Marshalltown

“Our first time at this restaurant in Marshalltown Is. This was not a place with alot of room. The booths were pretty close together and we could hear the nexts booth conversations. There was another seating area in there than the one we sat in, but I couldn't see it. It may be more space? Anyway, the menu is quite limited....to mainly pizza! They had a few vegetarian options and a few choices for side dishes, but that was about it. I have to day, the pizza was amazingly delicious! And so was the cheese bread. I think they make their own bread, and cover it with real mottzarella cheese (alot of it)! It is served hot on a plate with marinara sauce for dipping. We got the Zenos Special pizza. It had sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions & green peppers and lots of creamy mottzarella on top. The crust is so good. Its all homemade and crispy and served on a metal tray. This will be our go to pizza place from now on, whenever I come to Marshalltown. I thought it was the best pizza I've had in years, seriously. It beats Pizza Hut and Casey's pizza hands down! Try it and you will be praising it too!“

Not only from the sweet girl Riley, who is on the phone. But. The delivery driver as well! I absolutely love the Marshalltown Pizza Hut thank you guys. It makes a big difference.“

“When this store first opened, I did not like it as much as the older Little Caesar's in the K-mart. It seemed like they skimped a bit on the sauce and cheese. After the K-mart closed, this store is the only option so I would still occasionally get pizzas there, but never with much enthusiasm.Fortunately, this store has really seemed to turn around! The last few orders I have placed, always for a custom pizza and not a hot-n-ready pizza, have been excellent.Keep making the pizzas great and I will keep coming back for more! Thanks!“

“The food was excellent it was nice and hot had very good flavor all the way around the atmosphere was extremely great due to the older lady with the tattoos was going to everybody's table to make sure they were being taken care of and was extremely friendly through everybody's visit.“

Update 7/31/26: They forgot the spinach on one of our pizzas, but I took it back inside and they remade it no problem. The inside is small and there's only room to wait for your pizza, not sit and eat.“

“This is a Godfathers pizza express location combined with Gas Station/C-store that sells beer, liquor, tobacco, wine, groceries, and also have a ton of amazing appetizers to choose from already made in the hot case. 5 star is for their prices :)“
