“We were looking at somewhere to grab something to eat later in the evening and this was near our hotel. It's a great space as far as the amount of things you can do here. Arcade, bowling, watching sports, eat,... Although I actually thought there was an escape room because of the name of the place. The food was pretty basic as far as bar/ fried food. But our server was absolutely amazing and she made it an even better experience. I think it's a fairly good location and I think it's a good place to go to if you're looking for a place to relax and watch a game or go on a date, hang out with other couples, friends, families, and do some indoor activities.“

“Very hospitable establishment with great service and a fantastic Pizza!
The thin crust still had a good chew to it and the variety of toppings to choose from allows one to customize your pizza or you can pick from a number of their signature pizzas.
We opted to make our own unique combination of extra sauce, meatball, sausage, ham, and fresh garlic.
It's a very open area and we watched the pizza dough flying high and spinning as we waited for our own to be brought out.
Very cool decor includes some old pictures of the origins of the Brooklyn Pizza place from under the bridge there in New York.“

“Love Truman’s! They hosted us last night for my birthday celebration and they did not disappoint. They never do! The food alone is delicious, their menu has something for everyone, plus some unique pizzas that I have tried to replicate. (Theirs was better 😉) Their service is always great too. Friendly staff, always helpful, and the dude who hosted our party of 26 last night was awesome and made sure we all had a great experience and had what we needed throughout our time there. “I’ve worked with Evan and his staff the last couple years to get pizza for Centennial boys’ tennis team meals. They have been amazing to work with and very accommodating, even with weather related changes to the scheduled meals. The pizza has been delicious and the boys love it. “On December 20th, 2025, at 6:58pm, I ordered a large hawiaan pizza and two orders of breadsticks for delivery. I was told 1 to 1 and a half hours at 1 hour 50 minutes I called to find out where our food was. I was told that they tried to deliver our food but were unable to deliver our order but they could not do so. I then asked why it was unable to be delivered and "the manager" stated that they tried to call me, no one ever did call me and I can prove it. The "manager" could not provide a reason the order was undeliverable. I then told them that my husband would be coming to pick it up and that they needed to make it right by refunding part of our order NOT all just part of it for the inconvience (not being nasty at all). The "manager" stated "I am canceling your order. Go somewhere else." When asked why he said "You are being rude." I told him he had poor customer service skills and hung up. My husband and I ended up going to the Altoona Northern lights and they went above and beyond for us. I will always go to the Altoona store over Hubbell. I highly recommend that you do not go to this store unless you want to be treated like crap.“

“Very first time visiting Papa Murphys. Site was a tad complicated but with patience I got through it. When we went to pick it up I walked in and was confused but the gentleman was patient and pointed to where I could grab my pizza. I apologized and he said ‘no big deal it happens all the time!’

“This is a good experience overall for bulk flour delivery. It does take a bit longer than preferred to get authorized for delivery, however, the fast unload time makes up for it. My favorite thing is one usually overlooked, and that is access to a outhouse; now running water would be better, but I'll take it and be happy.“

“We had a variety of choices for an evening meal, and we chose The Other Place Ankeny. What a great pick! They had the right balance of everything we like in a restaurant.
The Food: we went with the Sampler for our appetizer. It didn't disappoint. The onion rings and fried mushrooms were delightfully delicious. The two chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were prepared perfectly. House-made marinara, ranch, and honey mustard dressing served on the side were especially great.
While their menu is straightforward. We liked the SICILIAN pizza. It's a brushed garlic-basil oil, Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes, red peppers, and mozzarella. Since they have been making pizzas for over fifty years they know something about what makes a great pizza. It had the right balance of toppings, sauce, and dough. This isn't some cookie-cutter pizza either. It has definitive flavors and tastes. Our drinks were there while we perused the menu. Seeing some of the cuisine coming out of the kitchen wet our appetite for our next visit.
The Service: Here's where they did well, with just a few faux-paus. Our server was on point with drinks and the kitchen delivered our food fast and hot. At the end of the meal, we asked for a box for the rest of our food. She had just a few tables and forgot about our request. She came back after checking on her other tables and asked if we wanted a box. Then she went to service her other tables before coming back. We then had to wait to pay our bill (which is done by her POS device). You don't know what's on the bill until your receipt is printed.
The Atmosphere: this is the way a sports bar and grill is done well. While there were multiple TVs, with a lot of action, (the NBA playoffs, NHL playoffs, and Cubbies- who have been on a tear) were all muted. This made for being able to enjoy our meal and the overall vibe of the place. The eclectic choices of decor and signage made it interesting to take note of the whole place. The seating options were especially nice. With short and long booths, table and bar stool tops, and a bar adequately spaced made it that much easier to have a fantastic time.
The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained.
We loved our meal and bookmarked it for another visit.

“Ordered from here a few times now recently, usually after midnight. This place is a godsend for late night food after all the effects from Covid.

Overall really good. They have some really unique pizzas, and theyve generally been well made. Loved the honey garlic Alfredo, could be good to spice it up and do something like honey hot garlic chicken Alfredo, or Thai chilli.

“So om stuck in a hotel and havent eaten so i called pizza hut starving not knowing if i was in range for delievery and jamie was super helful and attentive. And when I realized i was in the wrong spot i called and spoke with the lovely manager amber went above and beyond to help me and made me a very happy customer tonight.“
