“We love Ally's pizza!!! I would highly recommend anything on the Italian crust!! Most of the time I won't eat thin crust but this crust is amazing..... It's the perfect amount of everything! U won't be disappointed!!! Plus the staff are truly amazing and always make u feel like family!!!! The owner goes up and beyond for not only his customers but his community and we are all forever grateful!!!!“
“Took awhile for someone to take our order and this was 3rd time here and no gizzards again so we got cheese curds and a pizza and I gotta say they were the BEST cheese curds on the planet, and the time before we ordered their nachos and the order was ginormous we barely got 1/3 eaten between 3 of us and the yummy factor is thru the roof, best food only disappointed no gizzards every time, next visit we're coming for the chicken and hopefully gizzards, but even if they don't webstill love the food and the nostalgia“
“Super easy to find. Took frozen into Gate A (the 1st driveway). Stop & call to check in (see other drivers photo). Arrived at 7:30 for a 9:00 appointment. I was in a dock by 8. They come out & break your seal. No having to slide tandems, wear vest or show drivers license. Simply do the job. They started unloading me fast. They bring out paperwork when unloaded. Great place!“
“Casey's General Store is an Iowa-based convenience store chain and gas station found in most communities in the state (and region). They have a fresh sandwich bar inside the store but are perhaps best known for their pizza (the secret is the sauce). You can order pizza for pickup, buy it by the slice, or order it for delivery (between 4-8 pm). Sausage, pepperoni, cheese, taco and many other combinations are available. There are two Casey's locations in Nevada--one on Lincoln Highway downtown and the other just off the interstate. If you have a disability, they will come out and pump your gas. Friendly, helpful people.“
“Very busy place on this Saturday night. The crew headed up by a Caucasian bearded guy did a great job (I didn't get his name but he said he was a manager). Sure, they ran out of stuff occasionally, but it was refilled fast and was hot and fresh! I was impressed with the number of staff on duty as well. It seems like so many places these days aren't well staffed on their busy nights/days/times. I'll definitely keep coming back here.“
“Thanks to Covid, my wife and I are not wild about eating indoors in restaurants these days, so we are making an effort to find places that deliver. This led us to try Pizza Ranch, which, being about as far from our house as is possible for a restaurant to be in the city of Ames, is not a place we generally get to. The delivery fee was steep: between the regular fee and a tip for the driver, it cost ten dollars. (This may be because we are so far from the restaurant.) In any event, given the steep fee, we decided to order a lot of food, with an eye towards having a lot of leftovers. We ordered eight wings, the two-breast chicken dinner, and a medium plain-cheese pizza. The food arrived promptly and the order was completely accurate. The pizza was adequate but nothing to rave about. The chicken, though, was the hit of the meal. The wings were excellent, though they were a bit small. The parmesan-garlic sauce that we ordered on the side was also quite good. My chicken dinner was also tasty, though again the breasts were not huge. They were, however, nice and flavorful. The dinner came with a choice of potato (I had the wedge fries, which were good), a biscuit (mediocre), and cole slaw (again, nothing to rave about, but I'm not a huge fan of cole slaw). Bottom line: we both considered this experiment a success, and will order delivery from here again.“
“I'm glad that Cubbies is here in town. There are not many options of a place to grab a quick bite.We did order pizza that was not up to par and we emailed the restaurant and received a response that they would address it.I hope that things continue to get better and that they're able to stay in town for the long haul“
