“I love Subway and I eat there often and this is definitely the best one I have ever been to. The service is amazing. Such friendly and kind people. The counter was spotless and the vegetables looked clean and very fresh. I was so excited to eat my sandwich and it did not disappoint. This is the best sandwich I have ever had!! I will be returning!“

“Drive thru at this McDonalds is the way to go. Eating inside is fine too, but this store never really messes up my orders, the food is always HOT, and I love that. The workers are great listeners when taking the orders. This store just nails performance over all. They need to start selling Chicken McGriddles again, and then it would be a perfect score for them.“

“The crew working this morning was interrupted by me needing a sandwich communication was perfect I was fine with waiting while they got a huge order started. Once they got me going I always get the number one and ask for mayo but they always douse my sandwich in mayo this crew even took the time to spread out my guacamole. Someone who does hvac service work I appreciate the attention to detail everyone working this morning is outstanding at there job and deserve more then %15 which was all I could offer at this moment I appreciate your time“
“Drive thru speaker was super quiet and wasps were swarming around it. I informed the drive thru guy and he giggled. He made my drink and left it sitting there while I waited on my sandwich rather than handing it to me to enjoy while I waited. The woman making my sandwich corrected him. For some reason, he took the lid off and replaced it with another one. Weird. Then he handed it to me and there was only like 4 pieces of ice in it. I'm not sure if he's new or just special but there should be a scoop of ice in a drink.
The chicken bacon ranch toasted sub was perfectly made and delicious.“

“I placed an online order for a combo meal and the online ordering system gave me an error message when I asked for delivery at a certain time. No big deal. I just bumped up my time. But my order was still delivered 25 minutes before the time I chose! Wow! Jesse, the JJ driver, sent me a text letting me know that my food had been delivered early! Thanks Jesse!“

“I spoke with 2 people yesterday who assured me that my complaint and refund would be handled in a timely manner by the location that the problem occurred and still have not been contacted. I was on a road trip home and stopped at a location near Des Moines, Iowa. We stopped on 3/11/2025. I placed an order online at 4:22 pm. We pulled in shortly after and proceeded to follow the instructions of pulling into a stall, checking in on the app and putting in the stall number. The progress bar showed the order was sent to the kitchen. About 20 minutes had gone by and still no food had come out, the drive thru line was moving slowly, so I didn't want to bother the employees if they were short staffed or overwhelmed. 40 minutes had now gone by and I decided to hit the red order/call button. After about 2 or 3 minutes, a lady got on the intercom and asked what I wanted. I proceeded to explain I had checked in for a mobile order and then she right away told me to come inside. I thought that was a bit strange since it's employees only and the kitchen where non-workers should not be allowed for sanitary reasons. Once I came in, she asked what I wanted to order. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and had been waiting 40 minutes. She then scrolls through the screen and tells me that they don't have ice cream. If they knew this as soon as the order was sent, why did someone not come out and tell us. 2 items that were placed had ice cream in it, so I asked if they could just refund those. She then tells me that they can't refund anything and that I would have to request it in the app. I then ask if I can just get a soda to replace the specialty float they couldn't make. She reluctantly said yes after asking if I was going to request a refund for both items they didn't have. After explaining that I have been waiting for 40 minutes, not one of the 4 employees in the store offered an apology or an explanation why my food and drinks had been sitting and not brought out. The girl who initially told me to come inside, instead of grabbing the drinks and handing me my food, she proceeds to complain about the shift and tells the other employees to clean up and she leaves. The guy working the drive thru is saying how the day had been slow, which if that's the case, why am I being asked to come into the kitchen to grab my own food after 40 minutes. I eventually had to ask for my bag of food and multiple drinks because, although it's painfully obvious that I am inside the location that I should not be in, waiting for food that apparently has been made but nobody wanted to bring out, even though that is their litteral job. I get my food and by the time I get back to my car after all is said and done, it has now been 50 minutes from the time I placed my order. Needless to say, the food was cold, soggy and gross and the drinks were completely watered down. But after the interaction that was just had, I wasn't about to ask for it to be remade because at this point I had been in my car with 4 kids driving already for 6 hours, with 4 more to go and this had already set us back almost an hour longer than planned. I contacted someone by phone as well as the texting option and both stated they could not process a refund but would escalate my complaint and have the management contact me. I stated multiple times I did not wish to speak with anyone from the stores location due to the extreme unprofessionalism of the staff. The food was not able to be eaten on top of items I did not receive and feel that it is more than reasonable to expect a full refund.“

“First time eating here. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices, generous portions and delicious burgers and fries. I enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned crinkle fries. Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“
