“My husband and I love it! We were regulars in Knoxville. When it closed, we drove to Newton occasionally, but difficult with mile long bridge over Lake Red Rock closed. It is open now. We ate there last week. Good as ever. We had a special listed on menu. Two pasta dinners. Included one appetizer, 2 dinners with salad and bread sticks. I had cheese ravioli and my husband had spaghetti with meatballs. Generous servings. We took home enough for supper the next night. Our favorite is a cozy booth in the center section. Lighting and music are just right. Price was right as well. Where can you get that much for about $23 before tip?”

“We stopped in here while we were in town for Nascar weekend. Atmosphere was right up our alley! Paige was OUTSTANDING!! I have bartended for 20 years and it's so hard these days to find amazingness, she HAS IT! Mikey the young food runner was also GREAT! Good attitude, worked hard, fun! “Food was great, ordered 6 piece Mexi Rolls, but ordered nachos cheese and sour cream for the sides, paid for them both and I only got the nachos cheese sauce, NO SOUR CREAM and of course NO NAPKINS!! And we had to pull forward and wait for it!!”

“Tonight my husband ordered two burgers with NO ONIONS on the mobile app, but ended up getting them with onions. He called and was able to get them re-made. Upon arriving, the manager on duty asked if he had a 20 piece chicken nugget and burger with honey mustard and my husband replied, "No, I just had the two big macs with no onions." The manager then angrily asked for my husband could pull ahead because he now had to re-make the burgers again. After a few minutes, the same manager came to the window and presented him with only one burger. My husband then reminded the gentleman, that he needed two re-made, not one. The manager then began to raise his voice saying that my husband was holding up the line and wasting his time. He then proceeded to say that next time, my husband should go inside the restaurant and that they simply make the orders based on the way they are placed on the app. My husband then tried to show the manager his order where it clearly states that he requested no onions, but instead of the manager taking a look at the order, he said that looking at his order was a waste of his time and he had to go back to work. My husband then requested the corporate number to report him. After the gentleman, whose name is supposedly Daniel, gave out the number he then slammed the window shut and walked away. This has got to be the absolute WORST service I have ever encountered!”
