“Because everyone knows McDonald’s, this is more a rating based on McDonald’s itself as opposed to comparing to other local restaurants. This is hands down the best McDonald’s in at least a 50 mile radius. For as long as I can remember, this location has been the most consistent, fast, fresh McDonald’s that I’ve ever visited. The food is consistently good and any issues that you have will be resolved very quickly. Great job Keokuk McDonald’s!“

“Ordered through the app at 7:30 this morning, 5/04/24. Pulled up and waited patiently for my order to be filled. The manager come up and explained to us what was going on, and that it would be about a 30 minute wait for our food, as the opening staff failed to come to work today. Offered us free drinks, we kindly turned it down, as we don't like handouts for something out of her control. She was very polite, I didn't catch her name, and we were in a rush to get to a soccer game. We came back later at 9, Hannah looked to be the only one there working, and bless her heart! She was very polite, and apologetic for the wait on our food. No complaints at all from this Sonic! Thank you guys for the service provided, and I hope Sonic will follow through and reward you for stepping up above and beyond!“

“Clean. They didn't have the icee machine up, so, son's icee was juice. When we mentioned it, they only said, yea, it's not working with flashing lights.
You can have a soda instead. If we wanted a soda, we would have ordered one. Poor customer service. They were slow in their service also. Only 3 workers.“

“Went through drive thru to pick up a tripple bacon mushroom burger that I ordered with the app before leaving the downtown Casey's approximately fifteen minutes earlier. The girl at the drive through was very pleasant and asked me to pull ahead and she would bring it out when it was ready. It was fifteen minutes before she brought my sandwich. She appologized for the wait saying they had to wait for fresh meat. I dont know what that means because this was in the evening around 8:00 or so qnd nobody else came through during that time. I found that somewhat confusing and the amount of time this all took could have been addressed when I first got there since it was going to be an issue. The burger was so delicious that I cannot knock off more than one star because it really was worth every minute that I had to wait for it. And this young girl was very sweet and pleasant throughout.“

“I visit Warsaw to visit family and help in a local shop monthly. My mom and I grab lunch there as well as breakfast sometimes. The burgers are juicy and tasty. The new personal pan pizzas are great and big enough to share if you want. Good American breakfast like you'd cook at home. And always a delicious desert to fulfill your sweet tooth. The waitresses always take good care of us while we are there. Great addition to the downtown and representing small town life strong.“
