“I will always love scooters. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because there are signs that say order ahead jumped the line. But when you order ahead, you still wait in the line. Not a major complaint, and not gonna keep me away. Just maybe take that sign down until y'all are able to create a way that we don't have to wait in line if we order and pay ahead. “I ordered on app to pick up in store. I went in to wait for my order. A young man named Bill asked if I was waiting on a pickup order and when I said yes, he got right on it to get my order to me. A woman started arguing with him not to complete my order because drive thru topped any other orders even though they ordered after I got there. She kept arguing with him and he refused to stop and got my order to me. When he told her the food is ready and I'm right there she said I don't care only drive thru matters. So thank you Bill for realizing we were customers as well.“
