“Amazing little joint!! Great food, daily lunch specials, great bartenders and waitresses (not bad on the eyes either) fun local atmosphere. Lots of people come from all over as views are great and located on the river.

Parking: Not enough parking during certain times but not there fault...just busy.

Kid-friendliness: Games, pool, park acrossed the street ect

“Absolutely love this place not only are the pizzas great but if you have EBT you can buy them take them home and cook them and it tastes just as good as take out pizza that's already been cooked for a fraction of the price, The Staff is Always friendly and listens to exactly what the customer wants I've only had one bad experience here and it was minor it was a miscommunication I asked for white pizza and instead they gave me white sauce mixed with red sauce and I can't have red sauce and they did fix that, great service great food especially if you're on a budget and trying to feed a large family or have like a birthday party or something at your house”

“My daughter, our good friend, and I had lunch and dessert here today. The dining room was lovely, the food was delicious and beautiful, and they had a great selection of hot teas. The little shop area was fun as well. We had a great experience and will be back!”

“Customer service and food was great. We came in an hour before closing not realizing they closed at 11. Our waitress was really friendly and happy to have us there. Jill went above and beyond taking care of our table. She was so bubbly and polite. I know it’s stressful having people show up close to closing but she did a great job serving us.”

“I asked for two iced lattes in detail with how many pumps and ingredients for each drink, we received both of them, they aren’t hardly sweet, they were not mixed much at all, it was still hot at the bottom and hardly any flavor, very disappointing because usually it’s great!”

“Visited on 8/17/24, between 1:15pm-1:40pm. Food was pretty good, even has a buffet which is rare for Mexican restaurants. Only downside was the server; Suspect she was new considering everything my party ordered had to be repeated twice or a third time + every 5 minutes be coming back asking if "everything was alright"... got annoying after the 3rd time around.”

“We like eating here when we can. One of our sandwiches was made wrong which took several minutes to fix. We had ordered a dessert to be picked up later, but cashier didn't add it to our ticket. Went back later and ordered dessert and waited over 15 minutes. Had to go to counter and wait for it to be made. Felt like no management oversight was being done.”

“Just wanted to say that this location has great customer service! My husband placed an online order accidentally at this location instead of our local and we live almost 7 hours away. I called the store and asked if they could cancel the order. The manager was extremely kind and reassuring. She was able to cancel our order and get us a refund really quickly. “It's Dunkin Coffee. Over all staff is normally polite and welcoming, I'm always seeing new staff.
Atmosphere is cozy. Normally there are other customers doing work there at the tables or comfy chairs.
The coffee is usually good. I like getting the seasonal drinks or the Charlie Cold Brew. Like any coffee shop, i've gotten coffees that aren't right, they have always remade the drink (this has happened >6 times).
Food is ok not my favorite for breakfast. Normally lots of people getting donuts and sandwiches.
Overall Dunkin is a solid chain coffeeshop. Most of the time I will go to a locally owned shop but the when I'm in a hurry or it's cold drive through Dunkin doesn't disappoint.”
