“My husband and I tried to order from the app but it wouldn't take our coupon code for buy 1 footlong, get 1 free. So we drove to the restaurant and ordered inside, to-go. The manager was very nice and helpful. She told us she would accept our coupon even though it was supposed to be good for in -app orders only. Our sandwiches were made quickly, and they were excellent. Love the footlong chocolate chip cookie and churro!! They are out of this world!!!“

Not necessarily the fastest Jimmy John’s around, but the folks there do try their best (and if you’re gonna complain about waiting at Jimmy John’s, try sitting in the Duff ave McDonald’s at rush hour. You’ll stop complaining real fast). Ordering ahead on the app usually means it’s almost always ready when you get there, unlike a lot of restaurants in the area that wait for you to get there before they’ll start (looking at you, pancheros).Also 6/5 stars for the Jurassic drive through window.“
