“We stop here whenever we are visiting Manning. For many years, we’ve always gotten the fried chicken, which is amazing. Since they won the statewide competition for breast pork tenderloin, we figured we had better try it. It’s as amazing as the chicken. We will now have a hard time deciding what to order. Fantastic people and food!!“

“The special was oven baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a side (we had the deviled eggs). The BEST meal we've had in a long time. Everything was homemade and delicious. Also had a piece of homemade strawberry pie, wonderful. They also brought us each a sample of rhubarb cobbler that was delicious (and I normally don't even like rhubarb). All of this for $22, best deal I've had in a long time! Place was clean, staff were friendly. Can't recommend highly enough!“

“Stopped in for a beer and stayed for supper! The bar tender was efficient, helpful and fun. The patrons were hearty and friendly. We felt at home right away. They had a prime rib dinner with potato and a salad bar that was crazy good. Came in as visitors, and left as friends. Stop in and enjoy!“
