The food it is definitely very enjoyable. They always have excellent variety of food and ice cream.Parking: They have plenty of parking that is so easy to get in and out of, even if it is real busy.Kid-friendliness: They have excellent food and ice cream choices for kids.

Very difficult to get customer service that is actually great service here unfortunately as I've had several occasions where I've been given the wrong change back (less than should have received back, then get attitude from employees when trying to get correct change back after they mess it up unfortunately), also we receive incorrect orders 6 out of 10× or at least something isn't correct with our order however it is not even worth our time to try to get the orders corrected...read full review

My job frequently takes me through Maquoketa, so one day I decided to have lunch at this DQ location. It was a great experience, especially since I only spent $10 and received a meal that was generous in size and tasted great. The cost of dining has skyrocketed in 2022, but I feel this restaurant still gives you reasonable value for the money. I'm sure I'll be back again at some point in the future. This location did a great job with both the food and the service.
