When the Marion store first opened they understandably had their problems then it finally got much better. Went there tonight and it was worse than when when they first opened. 1. The burrito press was broke. 2. Every meat was dry and simple looked bad. 3. The queso was dark yellow. 4. I give Marion Pancheros a 10/10! Everything from the crispy juicy chicken down to the amazing oh so good queso. The staff is amazing and alway get down the line and out the door with no mistakes! I recently stopped by for a burrito and Patricia, the friendliest most amazing employee I met started from pressing to ringing me out all in a split second! The general manager ensures a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Robin, one of the managers, is an absolute doll and always does everything to make customers happy. It is a place where you can build a burrito with all of the ingredients that you want and the fresh tortillas are absolutely to die for. Overall, it's a clean, friendly, and respectful place where customers feel valued and satisfied.
