I mistakenly left a nice set of ear buds (not realizing until already boarded on a plane) and they promptly mailed them back to me which shows a level of trustworthiness that can be lacking at larger establishments.“

“Me and my friend walked in and met Calvin who led us to Rosie’s which is a dining area/bar within the bowling alley. Our breath was honestly taken away by how beautiful and clean it was in there. A speakeasy vibe and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Calvin was incredible and so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and it came with pita chips which I love, then we ordered the Olympian pizza… best pizza ever. Top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had. With that being said, food, service, atmosphere, 10/10 recommend.“

“I had gone through drive thru and the lady at drive had greeted me super nicely and had offered me if there was any dressings or salt or anything I would like and had wonderful manners her name was Sofia and as was the other lady taking my order was very helpful as well! I loved the amazing service!“

“We live by Ames but drive to Marshalltown for our Taco Bell fix. Ames location is a mess, but the Marshalltown location is always clean and friendly. We get our food in a couple minutes, not 20 like ames, and the food looks like it does in the TV ads, not like it traveled down a bumpy road for 10 mins before it was givin to us. Marshalltown Taco Bell for the win and it's not even close“

“Lots of people, mostly younger crowd, always music and dance floor is hot, nice pool tables and big acarde area with lots of fun games. Sometimes service takes awhile and maybe they could use more bartenders during peek hours but the bartenders are always working hard and are cute so it makes up for it. Good vibes in general.“

“This is the best little bar in town. Everyone is polite, funny and the bartenders know exactly what you drink after the first visit. Seating capacity 24, but so much more in the visit then a seat. Shirley, the owner is the best. The customers are friendly and everyone says hello.“

“I dined here years ago one time, & this was my 2nd visit. I am following a keto plan, & was able to have the Legend's burger with no bun, well done, with a condiment cup of dill pickles, & broccoli instead of fries. It fell within my plan & was delicious. Our waitress Hannah was excellent, & very kind. 5⭐️
My only issue was that the bathroom door lock/doorknob is broken, so hopefully they'll change the knob soon.
Overall it was a great lunch. Very pleased.“

“Hella dirty and gross always. Food portions are tiny and over priced. Food is mediocre at best.

Edit* Perkins has made a change for the better. My last review was 2 years ago. I've gone here a few times since then. Food is much better. Staff is super friendly. And they cleaned up. Great place to grab breakfast with friends.“

“Food was really good, I had the 3 appetizer special. I ordered pretzel w beer cheese, wonton tacos (so good), and fried shrimp. My date had a bang bang hamburger which he liked. The waiter put order in wrong and i received buffalo chicken wings with beer cheese Lol! He apologized when I pointed it out and said he would re-order the pretzels. After waiting several minutes he came back and said the cook had misunderstood and dropped onion rings but that he was making pretzels and would be out soon. They did come but we were done by then so boxed for home (they were still very good later) I was a comfortable, clean atmosphere. Tho some mistakes service is still a four rating due to effort to correct and pleasant personality. Sorry not pics 😏“
