“I had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap and was very satisfied. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and there was a lot of chicken.
The restaurant is very clean from the dining room to the back kitchen. The restroom felt like a sauna, and I like that very much.
It has wrap around parking lot, which includes two (2) disabled parking spots.
I love the decor, especially the "W" on the island table. There is a variety of seats from benches, islands, tables for 2 or 4 or more, round or square-shaped to a cozy soft chair beside a fireplace screen.
The staff is great - some being friendlier than the rest.

“We had a huge group after a basketball game & the staff was absolutely incredible! The young man that was at the counter was so professional and acted so kind to each child and adult. We got there 30 minutes before they closed the dining area. (No other fast food restaurant is open in our area at that time to accommodate such a large group) They didn’t make us feel like a burden. Very thankful!“

“Stopped in for some nostalgia… a true classic Pizza Hut diner experience that any Gen X’er would appreciate! The old-school vibe brought back great memories. Brad and Nanette are amazing (some of the best cooks and hosts around)! Friendly service, great food, and that classic Pizza Hut feel you just don’t find anymore. Definitely coming back again! 🍕“

“It was good but my food was cold. I placed an online order omw and got there right at the time it was originally expected to be done. Right after I placed my order it sent a text that it was already done. I would have rather had hot and fresh. Otherwise, decent place.“

“I ordered a Blizzard ice cream cake for Father’s Day, and the whole process was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful when I placed the order, making everything easy. Huge shoutout to Jasmine, the cake decorator—she knocked it out of the park! The cake was not only beautifully done but also tasted exactly like the Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard. It was a big hit!“

“This subway looks newer with both the interior and exterior. This subway does have the newer logo. The service here is very fast. The Staff here are friendly. I got a footlong with pepperoni, both shredded and sliced cheese, and a line on Mayo. I hope this location continues to keep the good work up.-Shy_Gun670“

“I can't give enough stars for this interaction!!!!!!!!! Daniel was amazing on the phone, understood we wanted sooooo much of each side, and made it happen! When our food showed up it was way above and beyond our expectations!!!! I called back to say thank you and had a heartwarming and great convo with Daniel. So, Daniel, thank you for making sure we were safe and smart and knocking our expectations out of the park!!! You're the reason we'll continue to to come to Jimmy John's!!!! And corporate......know this one is legit, a keeper, and he's making me WANT to spend money THERE when I could take it wherever I wanted. THANKS DANIEL!!!!!!!!!“

“The owner, Kevin, was very nice and helpful! The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. By far better than every other fast food place anywhere near Mason City. They were quick to take our order and deliver it to us. There was not a single thing not to like about the place. GREAT JOB!“
