“I had my first experience of Sanity Coffee House on my way out of town. I decided to grab a hot chocolate. The workers were very kind and the atmosphere would be one I would come back to to chat with a friend or get some work done.
I was not impressed with my drink. Upon ordering, I heard the worker shout back for someone to prepare milk for hot chocolate. My drink came in a timely manor and then I was off to my travels. Once on the road, I decided to take a drink and was not impressed at all. My drink was warmish and not hot. It also did not taste like chocolate. It tasted like caramel flavored milk and was way too sweet. It did not satisfy my chocolate craving.
I’d like to believe that if I was dining in and brought my drink back to them, they would happily replace it.“

“Met a friend here for lunch. It was the first time I had been here. I had the turkey with gouda sandwich with cranberry cream cheese which was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the berry-flavored lemonade. The place was quiet and relaxing which made it a great place to visit with my friend.“

“The young lady working this morning ,12/5 at around 8:00 am (I am so sorry I didn’t get her name) was doing a fantastic job. She got drinks out quickly and kept the line moving. When I couldn’t taste the flavoring in my iced coffee she explained to me that the pumps are small. (I only ordered it with 2 pumps, thinking the pumps were bigger) She put more flavoring in and it was perfect. Thank you for being patient with me and so kind!“
