Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“

“I went in tonight they asked me if I was going to dine in or out so I said I was going to dine in went down to the register ordered they asked me again is this for here to go I said for here they actually packed my food to go I had to ask for a bowl and extra crackers for my chili the only reason why I'm commenting this is because I noticed that the other people that said that they were dining in they were told to have a seat I was never told that and the young lady who took my order blonde hair gray sweatshirt had selective hearing problems sorry I could not provide a name I understand teenagers need a job the least you could do is pay attention to your customer and what they are ordering thank you former special education associate Des Moines Public Schools“

Out server, the cooks, the manager….everyone did such an amazing job at making it a beautiful night! “We haven't been to Red Robin in years. I am glad we stopped today. I was in the mood for a burger but I am not a fan of brioche buns and I asked the server if they had other options. They don't and she asked me why I didn't like and I told her I find it sweet. While we were deciding she took the time to have a bun toasted and brought it for me to try before I ordered. Parking: As of right now there's not much parking there at all because of all the construction but if you look to the east a little bit there is more than plenty“

“I not only was going through a breakup but just really self sabotaging , I went to eat at IHOP and my whole day changed . My server was Nicki , The food was great , the atmosphere was comfortable & to make it Soo much better , Nicki really made me feel seen , She stopped and checked on me countless times to make sure I was okay . Her warm presence and welcoming attitude made me feel safe. Before I left she made sure I had a refill and was mentally okay ! I can't thank Nicki enough for her great service and conversation.
