“I tried several times to place my order through the app rewards so I could take part in the Buy 1 Get 1 50% off ft longs. It would not allow me to pay for my order regardless of which card I tried to use. So I drove there and ordered in person and was told he couldn't honor the "special" because it was specific to the app only. Then proceeds to tell me that the employees have no knowledge of the app operations, that they aren't even trained. I paid for my order using one of the cards I tried using in the app. This young man was very polite and did a great job serving us. My gripe is with the company for lack of training and the fact that when the app malfunctions, there should be a way to honor the deals offered on there. I ordered 5 ft longs, 2 pretzel sticks and 6 cookies, over $80 after tip and I couldn't even use my rewards!! ?“

“I went for lunch today since it was my birthday. I absolutely love the thai chicken wrap. It was no longer on the menu! The owner went out of his way to see if they had the thai sauce and they had some left! He made sure I got my wrap! Amazing service and it made my day!“
