“I eat fast food barely ever, but I used a T-Mobile deal to order a 3-piece chicken tender combo for my 19-month-old son and I'm glad I did.

I had just placed the order online and drove right up to the speaker, not knowing if I needed to park in a designated spot or enter the store to pick up my order. Erika kindly told me it was okay to just come right through to the window. The process was so incredibly quick, and the food was hot, fresh, ready and delicious!

When I pulled up to the window, I realized I forgot to order a half-gallon of sweet tea. Erika didn’t miss a beat. Most places get razzled a bit when asking to order something at the window and I get it, it is rude especially if there is a line but I was the only vehicle so I didn't feel so awful about it.

Of course, my son had to pay the 'Mom Tax' so I did try a bite of the chicken tender and indulged in a potato wedge. They were wonderful! The chicken tender was juicy, and the potato wedges were perfectly cooked. I was really impressed. My son devoured the meal pretty fast.

Ashley and Erika are outstanding, amazing, and excel at their job. Great customer service skills are rare these days but both of these women have it. They are incredibly kind, and Erika has a very pleasant voice.
