“The fries are excellent although the last 2 times I went to B-Bop's the burgers seemed like they weren't cooked enough. Not pink but kinda soggy still. A good burger should have a bit of char a good example of this is at burger king. There was not enough sauce on the burger either. But definitely not a bad choice if you are hungry. If you have not tried the chocolate shake you're missing out. It's like what McDonald's used to have but a bit better even.“

“I don't usually leave reviews but truly I must after the incredible experience we just had here. My kids are your typical picky eaters and getting them to eat is usually quite a task. Instead of the usual, both my kids devoured thier burgers, and were even asking if they could get another burger. They are currently talking about how they can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was just as fun while still being professional. The food...the food was absolutely scrumptious. “This is by far the best Subway in the Des Moines metro. I often leave Subways disappointed I went in the first place, wishing I could have just made my sandwich myself as they're sloppily thrown together and zero customer service accompanies them, but not here. Every staff member I have encountered has been so friendly, always greeting me right when I walk in. In particular, the gentleman that has glasses is the absolute best. I always prefer him to make my sandwich because he does such a good job!! The place is always so clean as well, which isn't common for most Subways. The customer service and atmosphere has left me feeling so happy and satisfied on multiple occasions, I thought it time to leave a positive review. Great job!!“

“Wendy's offers some options that I enjoy better than McDonald's. My go-tos are the $5 and $6 Biggie Baskets. You get a delicious burger, soft drink, fries, and chicken nuggets for $5 or $6. Customer service is always fast, professional, and kind. Parking is free and more than ample as there is a large, free parking lot. Wendy's offers good food for a great value, and I recommend this location.

The curly fries were awesome even without the Horsey Sauce and the sandwich I had was new to me I've never had it before but it was their special That Barbecue sandwich it was awesome I recommend you go there and try for yourself“

“I've been coming to this taco johns for over 2 years now. Probably twice a week, ALWAYS in the morning. This crew knows my favorite order, always delivers a smile even at 635am, and has never messed up my food. What else can you ask for? Most consistent fast food place I've ever eaten at. Thank you.“

“I feel this should and could be 10 stars all across the board. However, I don't believe they have a big enough place nor enough workers to adequately serve you quicker. The food is sooo delicious!! Because of this, they are always so busy with so many people and orders that you can almost count on spending more time waiting in line to get your order than you would like. Rest be sure it's not bad service reasoning... it's just great food, great service and not a big enough place to accommodate the high demand of service. Knowing the food is so good, I still plan for more time just to have a happy tummy.“

“Okay, I have to share an experience. I just left a negative review for Taco Bell. About 2 miles from the store.On august 22 I went to taco bell down the street I waited 11 minutes, did not get waited on while everybody at the drive thru was getting waited on (about 8 to 10 people). The manager said after eleven minutes it'd be quicker if you used the kiosk. I am not an employee of taco bell. I generally don't use self check out either.At any rate I drove down the street. Four minutes away walked up to the counter at taco john's. After three minutes I had my food and was out the door. I just want to say a lot of people only leave feedback when they're upset. I am just the opposite. But occasionally I do leave negative feedback.Taco John's your people did a great job. Keep up the good work, thank you.“

I am extremely disappointed they have changed the service model to make you order all the toppings at the register and cannot see the toppings. For example, I usually only get the spinach if it looks fresh. And I skip items when they have other things in them, like cheese in the pepper container and so on.“

“I love Culver’s a lot but this isn’t the first time I had an issue with the location messing up when there is absolutely no rush going. I have worked in the fast food industry before and I understand little mistakes can happen such as forgetting mayo and ketchup but those mistakes shouldn’t happen when there are only two costumers. That is just carelessness on their part. 4 stars on food cause of this being not the first time it has happened. 1st time I waited almost an hour for a concrete mixer when they were slow. This is review is just to show what they need to work on because again I used to work fast food and I was management so I understand crap happens. But please try to better.“
